Come and meet the new APLC senior pastor candidate!

The Call Committee is recommending a candidate for call and has extended an invitation for him to come preach and give APLC the opportunity to meet him and his family.  

He will preach on Saturday, July 31^st at 5:30 PM, and Sunday, August 1^st at both 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM services. Between services Sunday, August 1^st at 9:45 AM, there will be a town hall meeting in the sanctuary to introduce the candidate and allow for questions from the congregation.

After the 11:00 AM service there will be a pot luck luncheon and reception for the candidate and his family in the gym. The church will provide drinks and paper goods. Members are asked to bring main course, side dishes, or desserts of your choosing.

There will be a Congregational Meeting Sunday, August 8^th, in the sanctuary between services at 9:45 AM to consider extending a call to the candidate as our new senior pastor. This is your chance to be heard!

A bio will be available before the candidate comes to APLC.  We are not announcing his name until he has the opportunity to tell his current congregation he is being considered for a call.
